H3

What was once a design created to carry the military’s finest, can now be seen ferrying the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dennis Rodman and Hugh Hefner and a whole host of celebrities . Hummers are hip.
Hummer released the H3 in 2005 (USA). It was designed for those who liked the H1 and H2, but couldn’t justify the bulk and/or find anywhere to park it. Although, even though the H3 is ‘small’ by Hummer standards, it’s still not a lot of fun to navigate at the shopping mall.
The H3 delivers power through a 3.5L 5 cylinder engine. No race car, but who can see you if you're driving fast anyway. Inside the interior is comfortable and, by comparison to the H1, absolutely civilized. Though the available space is far less than what the butchy exterior might suggest.
Off-road the H3 is surprisingly capable. In many cases, due to its smaller width, it can travel to places a H1 or H2 could only dream about.
You can thank Hummer for inspiring the boxy styling of the latest Pathfinder and the Land Rover LR3. Some people hate this trend. But on a stinking hot day in the back country, the vertical sides, big wide roof panels and the small glass areas of the H3 make more sense than you would first think.
And, just as a decent pair of Nike runners might convince you to exercise, the adventurous-looking Hummer H3 could inspire you to go and find the real outdoors.
