What does this kit include?
The kit comes with 41mm bore foam cell front struts, rear shocks and four coil springs. There are optional upgrades to adjustable shocks, spring rates and pre-assembled struts. It will lift your Pathfinder approximately 40mm

I occasionally carry a heavy load, should I go for the constant load springs?
As the description suggests we do not recommend installing the constant springs unless you have the additional weight in the vehicle all the time. When unladen the ride will be too firm and the vehicle will sit too high causing other issues.
