Do I need anything else to install them?

No, they are a complete bolt on application. Installing the front struts can be difficult if you do not own a strut compressor. Otherwise this is a routine job for your mechanic.

What lift will they provide?

Shocks absorbers do not lift a vehicle, only improve ride comfort.

What models do they suit?

Navara D40 4WD models manufactured 2005 to current.
