Navara D40 Strut Spacers

What are they?

Our billet aluminum strut spacers bolt between the struts carriage and the vehicle frame to provide an extra lift to the front of your Navara, while maintaining the high quality factory ride.

How hard are they to install?

Full installation instructions are included and you do not need a strut compressor. Any licensed mechanic can install this product. We recommend having a wheel alignment completed afterwards.

What lift will they provide?

The larger spacers will lift approximately 50mm and the smaller spacers approximately 40mm.

I already have a lift kit installed, can I still use these spacers?

We recommend using the spacers with factory original suspension only. Installing these spacers to a vehicle fitted with a raised suspension may cause driveline & camber issues.

What if I also want to lift the rear of the Navara?

The rear can be lifted using replacement leaf springs, blocks or extended shackles.

Are there any other modifications that need to be done with this kit?

Because the strut spacers allow for extra downward wheel travel at the front, some models may experience contact from the upper control arm to the strut tower when the front wheels drop down when fitting the larger spacers. This may make a "clunking" noise. If you experience this you could install some rubber insualation to the top of the strut tower or some customers have made their own bump stops on the upper arms.

All 4x4 dual cab D40s manufactured from 2005 onwards.
