How high will this kit lift my Hilux?

The suspension will lift your vehicle approximately 2in/50mm over standard height.

I don't have a winch fitted, can I still install the winch compatible springs?

Fitting a heavier rating spring without the required constant weight on the vehicle will make your ride too harsh, cause it to sit up too high and may cause steering/driveling issues.
